Hello, I’m Deshna Jain and I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens in a space of deep connection, safety, and understanding. I am guided by the philosophy: “Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.” I view therapy from a trauma informed and holistic lens, emphasizing the deep interconnection between the mind and body. Taking an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt therapy, and somatic approaches. This framework allows me to personalize therapy to meet you where you are and support you in the most effective and meaningful way possible. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, seen, and supported. Beyond my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time in nature. I also find movement deeply therapeutic and find solace in weightlifting, running, and yoga.
